Probably my favourite of the Gloomstone Island series so far. Really don’t know if it looks the way I think it looks. It’s meant to be a really old tree creature type of thing. Serious, thorough, a deep thinker, and staring back out the screen straight at ya! Scary. Kinda.

Gloomstone Island is a series of illustrations for a picture book idea that I have centred around a dark and mysterious island in a stormy corner of the world.
